This site is static and has no database. The contact form opens your own mail client: whatever you type travels from your account to mine and never passes through a server of mine. The only non-essential cookie is Google Analytics, and it loads only if you accept it.

2. What data is collected
Less than a site like this usually collects, because there is no application server behind it.

3. What is NOT done
- No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- No advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies.
- No automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
- No web fonts loaded from external servers: they are hosted on this domain, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts.
- No sensitive data categories under article 4 of Law 81 are collected.
4. Cookies this site uses
Essential
A single entry in your browser's local storage, jk-cookie-consent, which remembers your choice in the banner so you are not asked again. It identifies no one and never leaves your device.
Analytics — only with your consent
Google Analytics 4 (ID G-2G9N5EQLTB), with IP anonymization enabled.Google's script is not even downloaded until you press "Accept": if you choose "Essential only", your browser never contacts Google's servers from this site. Google acts as a processor and may transfer data outside Panama; seepolicies.google.com/privacy.

5. Links to external services
The WhatsApp and LinkedIn buttons take you off this site. From the moment you leave, those platforms' policies apply, not this one. This site embeds no third-party widgets or maps, so no external service tracks you while you browse here.
6. Hosting and retention
The site is hosted on Hostinger, which processes technical server logs as a processor. Messages you send me by email are kept for as long as the business relationship or conversation lasts, and deleted once no longer needed.
7. Your rights under Law 81
Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of Panama grants you rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability over your data.
To exercise them, write to jk@javierkerr.com stating which one you want. You will get a reply within the deadlines set by law. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may turn to theNational Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
8. Changes to this policy
If it changes, the date in the header is updated. Substantive changes — for example, if the form ever starts posting to a server of mine — will be announced on the site before taking effect.
