In short
General contact on the home page opens your own mail client. When you request an initial assessment on /assessment-it/, the form data is transmitted over HTTPS to register your request in my internal CRM (Dolibarr) under your explicit consent. The only non-essential cookie is Google Analytics, and it loads only if you accept it.

2. What data is collected
We collect only the information needed to reply to your inquiry or process your technical assessment request:

3. What is NOT done
- No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- No advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies.
- No automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
- No web fonts loaded from external servers: they are hosted on this domain, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts.
- No passwords, administrative credentials, internal IP addresses or sensitive data categories under article 4 of Law 81 are requested or collected.
4. Cookies this site uses
Essential
An entry in your browser's local storage, jk-cookie-consent, which remembers your choice in the banner so you are not asked again, plus temporary session storage keys on /assessment-it/ to prevent accidental duplicate form submissions. They identify no one and never leave your device.
Analytics — only with your consent
Google Analytics 4 (ID G-2G9N5EQLTB), with IP anonymization enabled.Google's script is not even downloaded until you press "Accept": if you choose "Essential only", your browser never contacts Google's servers from this site. Conversion events on /assessment-it/ never send name, email, company or phone to Google Analytics. Google acts as a processor and may transfer data outside Panama; seepolicies.google.com/privacy.

5. Links to external services
The WhatsApp and LinkedIn buttons take you off this site. From the moment you leave, those platforms' policies apply, not this one. This site embeds no third-party widgets or maps, so no external service tracks you while you browse here.
6. Hosting, processors and retention
The website and form reception endpoint are served throughCloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), and corporate email runs onHostinger. Requests for the Backup & Data Resilience Assessment are processed on self-hosted infrastructure controlled by Javier Kerr (n8n and Dolibarr). Contact and commercial request records are kept for as long as the assessment or business relationship lasts, or until you request their deletion.
7. Your rights under Law 81
Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of Panama grants you rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability over your data.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] stating which one you want. You will get a reply within the deadlines set by law. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may turn to theNational Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
8. Changes to this policy
If it changes, the date in the header is updated. On October 27, 2026 this document was updated to reflect hosting on Cloudflare Pages and the processing of/assessment-it/ form requests into the internal CRM.
